Las Vegas Sun hosts Southern Nevada’s football players and coaches from more than 30 local high schools for a media day previewing the upcoming season. The event mirrors a professional sports press junket with on-site photographs and interviews.
HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL MEDIA DAY 2024
Las Vegas Sun’s annual High School Football Media Day took place at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa. Presented by the A’s and Las Vegas Aviators, the event featured press conference-style interviews with coaches and players from schools throughout Southern Nevada. In between interviews, Breakdown (the anti-vape advocacy group) connected with the student athletes, gifting merchandise and inviting them to take photos in a custom photo booth. Guests of Las Vegas Sun’s High School Football Media Day 2024 were all treated to sandwiches provided by Capriotti’s and commemorative t-shirts provided by Nu World Graphics.
