Las Vegas Sun hosts Southern Nevada’s football players and coaches from more than 30 local high schools for a media day previewing the upcoming season. The event mirrors a professional sports press junket with on-site photographs and interviews.

Las Vegas Sun’s annual High School Football Media Day returned to Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, bringing together standout players and coaches from across Southern Nevada to kick off the 2025 season. Presented by the A’s, Las Vegas Aviators and Zero Teen Fatalities, the event featured press conference-style interviews with local high school football teams previewing the upcoming season.
Between interviews, attendees visited sponsor booths from Zero Teen Fatalities, Utah Summer Games, Phase 1 ELITE and the U.S. Navy, engaging in activities and learning about valuable programs. Student-athletes and coaches received commemorative t-shirts provided by Nu World Graphics—and mascots Stomper, Aviator and Spruce the Goose even stopped by to join the fun.
